;) i used to make music under the name Fryq shortly after my first newgrounds account

it's fun. remember to normalize your tracks! newgrounds will not balance audio automatically.

the varied choice of sampled and synthesized percussion is nice. i think you have the sounds and/or the compression turned up too loud to really feel the bounce of the groove. it needs to be carved out to make the volume bounce.

i digg it. the drums can be turned up a little, or possibly extra space made for them, and i think it could be advantageous to experiment with boosting the high ends on various instruments. i think there is space for a bass to really punch through with each kick or at the start of each phrase. as of now, i can't hear much on my systems.

That's just how it is :^

i hope i do, too.

sounds about right for flash animation. :)

that was neato. reminds me of something i would do. the compression harshes the ambient vibe a little, pushing down and releasing too quickly on that delicate, heavy-midrange atmosphere. if you want, the bass could work on some higher frequencies either by using saturation, doubling it up with a higher-frequency sine wave, or using a harmonic generator like waves rbass. as it is now, it's quite tough to follow on flat-response or limited-range systems.
