i give a 5 for the effort required to create this. your master is squashed and dialing it back could only serve to improve your work. perhaps identify particular sections that really need the compression and only apply it in those settings.

good bus compression. it brings up the wide-stereo and reverb sections very nicely in between drum slaps. however, i'd use some automations or back it off a little, just in an effort to increase volume contrast between the drop and before (:50). like done well at 2:04; the volume decreases and this does much for our sense of release. i'd like some more brightness in the snare, but this is personal preference.

Thank you for your feedback. I was so excited to release this track that I forgot to add the volume automations in the buildups, which I wanted to in the beginning. And yeah, that snare needs some work, because I'm not that good at synthesizing drums

impressive soundscape. it's got all the arabian pieces. good automation. anything you recommend for these sounds?

Well, awhile back i spent over 100$ on Sounds Of the World from Zero-G Sample libraries website but I hardly use it...I went back on it again and found they actually have decent sound effects and other samples on it, I found and used many of the samples to be quite really good, so I compiled many of them, I used DX10, Studio Drummer, to compile, and add my own custom drums on it, and Mixcraft 7 to polish it a bit more, and finished with FL Studio Producer editon(I got the Black Friday 2019 edition because it was a great deal for 7 of their well known products, so why not? And only 99$??? Hell yeah!)

a lot of nice work in here. good percussion. at :45 and 1:59 i like the volume lifts. i could enjoy more contrast.

very sick. recordings sound a wee thin, though the mix is potent. i am jamming. 5/5, it's like a classic thrash. that part at 2:45 is really feeling like Slayer. and then at that 3:11 that is a sweet pattern. at 4:11, excellent finish. i think control of drum velocity (snare) could enhance the sense of realism.
