monstrous. i can track all the instruments rather well. the bass tone is sick.

enjoyable. reminds slightly of the Talking Heads. it sounds like all elements are computer-generated. i would prefer if you got more decisive. harder mixing, some saturation (light distortion and compression), and panning would be great. especially if these parameters changed to highlight altering segments of the piece.

Wow, thanks a lot for the review and follow! Good tips here, I can definitely benefit from being a bit more ambitious in my mixing decisions. As the song progresses I tried to pan the lead elements right/ and left just a tiny bit, to make things sound wider in a subtle way.

going back to a song from garage band? i like the idea. if i still had my garage band ideas i'd definitely go back and innovate on them. all i have to say is it's super eerie and it pushes me towards the edge of the seat. but it doesn't give me enough rests, to spotlight each instrument in use, to really push me to the edge when you build those tensions up to 2:03. resting of various instruments can help draw my brain's attention to new ideas, which will both keep me interested, and provide my brain with the relaxation it needs before it can really be thrilled.

well it's definitely fucking ugly. sounds like a samurai jack battle song to me. you could enhance the musical ideas of your track further in the mix, but a 5 for the enjoyable arrangement and interactions between different timbres.

that was an interesting harmonic/rhythmic idea. as the song is at its current length, the guitars seem separate from the other elements. this feeling could be harnessed further for many different uses. currently, the drums seem like they are talking about something different. this is mostly because they are such real samples that have not been organized in an equally-convincing way.
