Thank you!

that horn thing is very groovy. groove goes missing at :16 until :28. the section doesn't need to change entirely, but something is missing. cool break into 1:04. the drop at 1:25 hits light for the buildup i was given, but again, it could be ameliorated without a big rework. the 2:15 moment was well done, but there is a loss of energy that i think could be held on better if you kept those stabs at 2:07 un-lowpass-filtered and loud while the rest tapers down. the drum sample at 2:18 sounds fantastic but i was expecting it to introduce the new groove and keep jamming. in general, it seems a song built with a lot of transitional elements that hint at more impactful drops than i am given.

Iosun responds:

the “lot of transitional elements” was sort of on purpose, my vision creating this was to make something that intentionally felt a bit disconnected and aimless, but I get what you’re saying. this is likely to be edited a bit later on, maybe to sell the impacts more (i’m still learning how to properly be loud). thanks for in depth review!

i digg it. the drums can be turned up a little, or possibly extra space made for them, and i think it could be advantageous to experiment with boosting the high ends on various instruments. i think there is space for a bass to really punch through with each kick or at the start of each phrase. as of now, i can't hear much on my systems.

That's just how it is :^

that was pretty incredible. that breakdown reminds me of one of my favorite artists. very romantic.

Walpang responds:

Thanks!

very cinematic. definitely a cool string library. if you are using physical modelling, it could be advantageous to automate the bow pressure of the strings.

Dag0 responds:

Thank you for the advice, i'm gonna keep it in mind ^^

cool metal jam. these vocals sound insane with the layers. can't describe it.

TSRBand responds:

Thanks for tuning in :) Happy you like the sound!
